Ingredients:
- 1 lb carrots, sliced (you can buy these pre-sliced to make it easier)
- 3 tbps maple syrup
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Bring all ingredients to boil in a large saucepan
- Turn down heat to medium and cover, cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the water has absorbed and all that is left with the carrots is a nice glaze.
- Let cool before serving.
Tip- If you are transporting these somewhere, place in a baking pan, cover with foil, and heat up in the oven for about 10 minutes at 325 before serving.
